Estimated Time of Arrival on your Shipment.

*Items available in our warehouse inventory need 2-3 business days to process prior to shipping.*

Canada:

Regular shipping within Canada is handled with expedited service by either Canpar or Canada Post depending on your location and takes 1 to 5 business days to reach your address.  Along with your order’s processing time, the total amount of time to wait for a shipment within Canada becomes 3 to 8 business days when paying regular shipping fees.  Xpresspost shipping via Canada Post insures your shipment arrives within 1-2 days anywhere in Canada.  

USA:

Regular shipping within the USA is handled by Canada Post and takes 6  to 12 business days to arrive at most locations. There are sometimes delays caused by the American border, but such occurrences rarely cause an additional waiting period of over 4 business days. Along with your order’s processing time, the total amount of time to wait for a shipment within the USA becomes 8 to 15 business days (excluding the possibility of border delays).  Xpresspost shipping via Canada Post insures your shipment arrives within 2-3 days anywhere in the USA (excluding border delays).

By choosing SMALL PACKETS (surface or air) as a shipping method, no insurance or tracking number can be provided.  Expedited shipping is required in order to have such features on your shipment.  Although shipments lost and/or damaged in transit are something our clients rarely experience, we cannot be held responsible for untrackable, uninsured shipments and/or merchandise that goes missing and/or suffers damages.

International:

Regular shipping within the rest of the world is handled by Canada Post and takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive at most locations.  Depending on your country, there may be a small delay once the package reaches the border.  Allow an extra 2-3 days for your order’s processing time.  Xpresspost via Canada Post is available to 50 countries worldwide and insures your shipment arrives in as little as 4 days (excluding border delays).

All of the items seen on our website are physically in stock at our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We constantly bring our website up to date with our inventory levels to ensure we’re able to satisfy 99.9% of the orders we receive immediately. Due to the fact that we are dealing with hundreds of orders daily, the possibility may arise that an item ordered becomes unavailable before we have the chance to remove it from our site. In such a case, the client will be notified as to their options, such as being given an approximation on the necessary time for us to restock the item, replacement item ideas, or simply reimbursement.
